Mini Goes Electric

As reported by Mail Online UK

The new zero emission Mini, being built in the UK, will go on sale in 2019.

These cars are being built in Oxford and will be exhibited at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

It has been reported that the German car giant BMW will be building this new vehicle in Britain at the Oxford plant.

A full charge, which will only take up to 40 minutes, will take the car to a range of 400 kms.

It will accelerate from standstill to 100 kms in 7 seconds and will reach a top speed of 193 km/h, however once again, it is our opinion that this car will not have shatterproof side or back windows.

Klingshield Smash and Grab window film will still be a must have for most countries where smash and grab is becoming a more regular appearance.
